EasyPaleoMeals is the culmination of nearly five years of personal experience with the Paleo lifestyle.
My original blog, PaleoCookies.net (now owned by someone else) was my first foray into writing about my experience with the Paleo diet. I originally started the blog to help me bridge the gap between the whole-grain diet I had previously been eating and the Paleo/Primal diet foods I was starting to eat as I transitioned to Paleo.
As I have watched other blogs come (and go) on the Paleo scene I have definitely formed my own personal opinions on Paleo eating and Paleo living.
I will be quite frank and state that I am not a hardcore Paleo conformist. Some (authorities and wannabe authorities) may tell you not to bother fooling yourself by trying to recreate conventional recipes with Paleo ingredients. But that is not my opinion, and from the trends I see on the web, that is not where the general consensus lies.
I find that most people eating Paleo or starting Paleo diets want to eat what is familiar to them and that is what the industry has been leaning towards.
EasyPaleoMeals continues on that bent and will focus on familiar foods reproduced or improved upon by integrating Paleo components and eliminating the foods which are detrimental to our health.
I hope that I will be able to provide you with some great Paleo recipes, reviews, and advice without any lecturing on what is right for you. That is up to you to ultimately decide for yourself.
This blog contains posts related to diet, health, and nutrition. Please be aware that I am not by any means an expert on diet, health, or nutrition! I know what I like and I know what works well for me. This blog is a way for me to share my personal experiences and experiments with the world. I cannot be responsible for what you ultimately do or ingest based upon my recommendations. Use my words as a reference only and please use common sense in everything you do related to diet and nutrition.
If you have any diet, health, or nutrition questions I urge you to seek advice from a professional and please do not interpret my opinions as expert advice. Like the TV diet and drug commercials always say, please consult your physician before starting any new diet or exercise plan!
Also note that there are affiliate links within the content of this blog. What this means is that there are products that I may promote, endorse, or link to from my posts and pages. By clicking a link to a product or service and subsequently purchasing a product or service I receive a small commission. The commission I receive in no way affects the price that you pay for this product or service. You will still pay the same price that I would or have paid for the product or service myself. By purchasing a product or service through an affiliate link on this blog you are helping to support this blog and you are getting the best deal possible at the same time!

Full Disclosure and Transparency Summary
To summarize everything: You are using the information provided on this website at your own risk. The sad reality these days is that people do not like to blame themselves for the negative repercussions of actions they may take. I am letting you know upfront that I am not a health professional. Everything here is my opinion and should be taken as such. If you get sick or injured, you don’t like a product I like, someone steals your identity, your goldfish dies or someone kicks your puppy, or any other bad things that happen in life, please do not blame this website.
Links to products and resulting commissions attributed to the owner of a website are the norm on the internet. Most websites or people on the internet do not disclose this but I do here because it is a reality. In case you didn’t know, this is exactly how websites make money and stay in business (either selling advertising space, or recommending products). EPM is no different… other than the fact that I disclose this info. You click on a link, buy a product or service, and I will receive a commission which pays for the operation of this website.
Thank you so much for reading and I sincerely appreciate your support!
