Hi, I’m Christian DuBois (pronounced Doob-wah, in case you were wondering). I have been eating Paleo/Primal for nearly six years. I will admit up front that I practice my own interpretation of the Paleo lifestyle. I probably don’t fully reap the benefits of following the diet to the letter, but the barometer I use is how I look and feel every day. I look and feel great, so something must be working.
I discovered long ago that I suck at coming up with my own recipes. Occasionally I get creative and make something that works out well enough to share, but mostly I make food from recipes I find on the web (mostly Pinterest) and in Paleo cookbooks.
I am a cyclist, and do a lot of riding and racing when the seasons permit. Otherwise I do some hiking and cross country skiing. I do not belong to a box but I do my fair share of CrossFit workouts at home in combination with Tabatas and some Yoga. I am always on the lookout for fun or interesting exercises that can be done at home with minimal equipment.
What you will find on this website are a lot of reviews of Paleo and Primal related fitness and nutrition products. Once in a while I slip in a recipe or two and on occasion I will review some of the better kitchen tools that I have found.
I should also mention that I blog some of my more random thoughts on my relationship with the Paleo lifestyle and give some behind-the-scenes insight about the direction and building of EPM on my blog: http://easy-paleo-meals.blogspot.com/
I hope that you will find some useful information here and I appreciate you visiting EasyPaleoMeals.org!
Take care, and great health!
